Tina: I am a recent college graduate who is trying to navigate through life in one of the most unpredictable and turbulent times in U.S. history. As I write this short bio, the economy is literally suffocating, there is social and moral strife brewing, and so many of us are wondering, where is my place in the world? I have always enjoyed writing; however, this is my first real attempt to blog. Recent events and conversations with friends have inspired me to blog about my life’s journey as I attempt to define and perhaps redefine what happiness and success are for me. This is also an on going project I am doing alongside my friend Kristen who has just joined the Peace Corps and she too will be blogging about her experiences. I hope that by reading this blog that you too will be inspired by my personal journey, I promise to account for not only my successes but also my failures, and to present my thoughts and feelings as honestly as possible. I hope that my story will inspire someone else who may be experiencing similar obstacles or feeling similar emotions, or even thinking the same thoughts.
